The quality of the ice surface us critical to the success of the club. Peterborough Curling Club (PCC) hosts and has hosted Provincial events for university, college, wheelchair curling, Youth and High School competitions. We regularly host bonspiels and competitions to Peterborough and surrounding area for youth, Seniors, wheelchair curlers and competitive/recreational teams. The club hosts an annual Stick, Stones and Wheels wheelchair competitive event that serves as a qualifier for Provincial competition. PCC has several wheelchair curlers who drive an hour or more to practice at our fully accessible club. We support two well respected Learn to Curl programs that are critical to the growth of the growth of club membership and the development of interest in curling to the greater Peterborough area. We have 100+ youth members in the Junior and High School programs. We cannot afford to be at risk of shutting down due to equipment failure and the inability to repair and/or replace it
