Nomads No Player Left Behind Fund
Project Description
Nomads "No Player Left Behind Fund" will be used solely for the purpose of meeting all or part of the cost of registration and membership fees of players who could not otherwise afford to play rugby.
The proceeds from this fundraising will be
used for the following cause(s):
- Pay the annual registration and membership fees of players who could not otherwise afford to play rugby.
- Players of any age; elementary school, high school, young adult or adult may qualify for assistance.
How this project will assist in promoting
or developing amateur sport on a national
level.
Many children whose family situation or other circumstances mean they typically could not be able to afford to play organised sport are potentially very good athletes. For some participating sport can be an outlet, the leg up, they need to excel. Nomads Rugby is committed to helping kids in particular and adults who could not otherwise play rugby get and stay involved. This program is bound to produce some players who go on to become very good rugby players
