Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General meeting of
The Provincial Sport Organization Council, operating as SPORT4ONTARIO, will be held:
Wednesday, October 13, 2021 At 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. ("Eastern Standard Time")
Virtually via Zoom
Purpose of Meeting:
- To receive the reports of the Directors and any other person that the Directors determine shall or may make a report;
- To receive the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31st, 2020, together with the Auditor's Report in respect thereof;
- To appoint the Auditor for the ensuing year
Immediately following the adjournment of the Sport 4 Ontario Annual General Meeting, we will hold a Members’ Meeting with the following items:
- Sport4Ontario Rebrand and Strategic Plan
- Upcoming Campaign (Grassroots Recovery, Rowan's Law, Safe Sport)
