NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of

THE PROVINCIAL SPORT ORGANIZATIONS COUNCIL, operating as SPORT4ONTARIO, will be held:

On Wednesday, November 18, 2020  At 12:01 pm ("Eastern Standard Time")  Virtually through a Zoom Call for the following purposes:

1. To receive the reports of the Directors and any other person that the Directors determine shall or may make a report;
2. To receive the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31st, 2017, 2018 & 2019, together with the Auditor’s Report in respect thereof;
3. To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year;
4. To elect the Directors; and
5. To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the Meeting.

If you cannot attend the Annual General Meeting, you may assign your voting privileges to another Active Member in good standing using the Appointment of Proxy form.
