Rock Climbing

If you want a great full body workout, rock climbing is for you. In some settings it can take some specialized equipment to do safely but can be enjoyed both outdoors and indoors. Although your climbing routes may be short, it will require some nerve when it comes to dealing with heights. It also requires patience, since completing routes particularly higher-level climbs require several tries, a steel grip and exceptional body weight control.
