Roof Repairs - Fort Frances Curling Club

Project Description

Roof repairs - The FFCC is a prefabricated metal building erected in 1992. Numerous roof leaks have been prevalent for several years causing substantial damage to our club rooms and ice surface. It's time to repair the roof and remove the water collection buckets.

The proceeds from this fundraising will be
used for the following cause(s):

The funds raised from this initiative will go towards hiring qualified contractors to repair the roof, remove surplus roof top equipment and patch penetrations. Once the roof repairs are complete club members will replace the water damaged ceiling tiles and drywall and then repaint.

How this project will assist in promoting
or developing amateur sport on a national
level.

In addition to our 9 weekly leagues, the FFCC offers young athletes little rock and bantam/junior programs. Numerous community groups, including at-risk youth and school classes, are provided a welcoming environment with qualified instruction. The FFCC is proud host to numerous regional and provincial events, most recently the all Ontario High School Championship featuring 18 boys and 18 girls teams and this year hosting the provincial U-18's.
